The concept of Luxury Service Apartment Hotel is to combine the experience of living an elite and luxury life to the owners in a home-like environment no less than 5-star hotel living. In this studio of Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal, various aspects of feasibility were studied. Few of the studies that were carried out for the project such as location analysis, technical analysis, choosing by advantage and required legal compliances are demonstrated briefly in this portfolio.
