In a developing country like India, having a world-class planetarium and exhibition gallery will increase the contribution towards the infrastructure development and will also enhance the knowledge regarding astronomy & space science study, which can help the younger generation who are striving to pursue their career in this field. This project portfolio is an understanding of the feasibility study of such a project. It focuses on the Inception and Development phase of the project, by undertaking various exercises like Work Breakdown Structure, Technical Analysis, Choosing by Advantage, Cost Management, Risk Management & Procurement Modality for the project.
