Prerana Yuva Kendra

Keshavanagar is a chawl community in North Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is an urban informal settlement located on the west of Sabarmati river bank and beside Ahmedabad Torrent Power Plant. Young men constitute a large part of Keshavanagar’s population and the potential they carry to transform the community is also huge. My project aims at creating a youth center ‘PRERNA’ which facilitates the holistic development of these young men and motivates them to use their potential to the maximum and not get influenced by the illegal activities happening in the neighborhood.
