Sangraha - a rainwater harvesting initiative located in a chawl in Ahmedabad called Keshavnagar, aims at mobilizing the women of the community together through the issue of water scarcity. The intervention is carried out in three phases - the first focuses on introducing water harvesting to Keshavnagar, while the next two focus on the construction and expansion of a pavilion with underwater tanks. The pavilion is catchment area, a water collection and distribution point, and a space where women can get together to form a collective. Sangraha aims to provide water for all, and become a voice to the women of Keshavnagar.
