Ahmedabad derives its water from as far as 170 km. It goes through the various processes from source to treatment plants and to the users. The project aims to enhance the distribution network in the water supply chain and augment its efficiency by extending the existing SCADA system in trunk lines to the distribution network as well. For the same, a framework is developed for guiding the authorities for efficient implementation and O&M of the SCADA system, while driving recommendations foe effective results for all the beneficiaries.
