High Speed Rail Terminal Building

The studio integrates Lean and BIM principles giving insights into interspersed practices followed in industry and their application on field. Project selected was Rail Terminal Building as such projects of national importance incorporate number of factors governing pace, cost and quality of project. Our work commenced by selecting scope for integrated model based on which BIM Execution Plan was prepared by assigning stakeholder roles to each group member. Process adopted and collaboration using Common Data Environment with Virtual Big Room Meetings, broaden our understanding of real time challenges each stakeholder comes across with their potential solutions by adopting BIM approach.
