Dwelling close to nature, in the midst of a 15.25 acre agricultural land arrayed in rubber trees located in the suburbs of Kochi city. In this tapestry are woven together threads representing the biophysical needs of the client, socioeconomic security and environmental benefits. The site is situated between the fringes of two satellite towns of Kochi city and has farming village surroundings. Having a close proximity to the city, due to a passionate farming community the site has remained untouched from the growing cities. There is very high potential for people across the state to settle down in this area since it is located in suburbs of Kochi and is well connected to major towns. Hence adapting the spatial character of both city and village and enjoying both the benefits. The plantation bungalow is planned to be built approximately in the middle of the plot using 5 acres of land for construction and landscape spaces as per requirement with an endeavor to blend into the plantation with minimal changes to the existing environment. The rest of the area will continue with rubber plantations for yielding agricultural income.
