The Binary Loop

As Bopal lacks the identity due to its very generic fabric, the proposal aims to create the connection between the loose urban fabric by tying together different neighborhoods, contexts to become central entity. The idea to walk pleasurably, to meet, gather is taken forward in the design process through the transformation of the idea of Promenade. As Promenade is majorly constructed along with famous anchor points, landmarks, water bodies, Bopal does not have any such anchor points. Hence the idea of Promenade is transformed to the idea of Loop making it self-referential, self-contained creating its own landmark and anchor for Bopal.
