Lighting and Integrated Design Lab can be categorized into 3 sections:
1) Introduction to electric and daylight metrics along with their relevance.2) Lighting simulations using Dialux Evo and LightStanza.3) Whole Building Design
Whole Building Design was an attempt at Integrated design approach for a G+2 Hospital building located in Hyderabad. It utilized 3 semesters' worth of knowledge in optimizing the building envelope and systems to create an energy efficient building, which was then assessed on it's feasibility through cost benefit Analysis.
