Why Township? For the start, a developer who has a large parcel of land has certain requirements, like FSI fulfilment, high end, luxurious, maximum returns, etc. The idea of who will live here can be imagined through the lenses of a young professional, homemaker, family, working class professional, etc. Idea of a township from their perspective is to have working opportunities, accessibility, connected to nature, hassle free living, diverse housing opportunities, amenities in close proximity.
