The site for the development of the township is located in the western part of Ahmedabad city with an area of 335 acres.
The township is designed with the concept of ‘Green Neighbourhood’ and is strategically implemented by utilizing the long canal edge on the site by creating large green open spaces and also by utilizing on-site water catchment areas by green public open spaces.For a better understanding of open spaces in the township, they are categorized into three types - Public open spaces, Private open spaces, and Neighbourhood open spaces.
