The Passive Comfort Lab focuses on understanding the basic concepts of heat transfer, practices and strategies to achieve comfortable conditions in a building.The course is divided into different segments: Concepts of building physics; Application of the learnings; Building simulations. Various strategies were explored on building envelope level to understand the overall heat transfer mechanism. This in turn will help with recommending energy conservation measures.
