Planning & Design of Road Infrastructure in Hilly Region

The course revolves around the exercises that gives an in-depth knowledge about the actual field practice for planning and design of road. During the initial part of the semester, we studied the existing road that connects Taranga Temple to the state highway. We did material testing and surveys using software and available data to get a better idea about the site .In the later part of the semester, the students proposed and worked  their individual alternate potential alignment which can connect all the obligatory points.
