The Project has thought me different aspect of the construction site from planning stage to execution stage of the project. It helped to understand whole process from starting of the project to the finishing and handing over stage. It gave me understanding of different planning level, funding levels and execution of any project. It gave me understanding how we can improve any project with the help of planning and management. This studio gave me brief insights different phases of the project along with Statutory and other necessary clearance required for all phases of the Project. It also helped me to analyze project from different perspective of stakeholders.
