kalpataru paramount, thane- highrise residential project

the site selected for the studio work, paramount is a residential project of kalpataru group in thane and SPCL being the principle contractor, the work done by me consisted of detailed study of various aspects of the project such as project cycle, feasibility study, contracts, work methodologies, techno-legal aspects, bid management, scope of various stake holders etc, the following portfolio is a part of a feasibility study exercise  conducted during the studio.
