Project- Lemon tree

Project, was well structured to explain the pre-processes , implementation processes and the post-construction processes. I was introduced to various project life cycles that take place and each activities go under which phase. The pre-process includes all the various approvals which was very informative for me as it was a hotel project so there were different approvals for hotel construction as well. The entire course was very informative for me as it included a lot of new topics that were covered like design management, MIS, Monthly reports, daily reports, quality management, etc. This will all be very helpful when I will start my professional journey as an engineer.
