Project

Project has taught me the workings of a large-scale Infrastructure Project from the inside out such as various factors that are associated with the planning of the project from the conceiving stage right to the handover stage. From the Project Family tree right to the minute activities level and breakdown of work. It has also made me understand the level of approvals that are required before, during, and after the project. The responsibilities of the stakeholders also play a part in a Project which this studio has helped me understand.
