Study of project lifecycle phases for the project Pune Metro, in terms of how the project was conceived, project characteristics, series of clearances and approvals required to start the project, arrangement of finances along with contents of bidding documents, procurement of consultant, gist of design management, efforts towards labour welfare, project management software used and closure formalities in terms of handing over to the employer, defect notification period etc. Thus, the different need per phase of the project and how are they being addressed has been studied.
