An agrochemical company wants to set up a production plant having capacity of 5 Tons Per Day (TPD), in Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to produce herbicides. Plant is located at Bavla district, Ahmedabad with an available land area of 30000 m2. Project Management principles were used to manage the project from concept to commissioning.
