This portfolio is outcome of level 3 studio. In this studio Project planning and Controlling is done for Corrugated box manufacturing industry. Work was divided in 2 phases, project planning and project Controlling. Planning phase included project charter, WBS, project delivery approach etc. and execution phase includes project baseline schedule, project crashing etc. Various tools and techniques like MS Project, S- Curve, Earned value analysis etc were used.
