This 13 weeks training will never be forgotten, it was a complete learning experience which helped me to grow as a construction engineering student and as an individual. It had been a Great experience working with a Rachana construction company In a very short, I have experienced and learnt, effect and impact of real time problems which can never be predicted on paper. Strong leadership, experience and positive attitude of organization plays a very significant role in completing a project successfully in time bound frame. Factors like trust, support, fast follow-ups, and liaison are equally crucial to support the skills and the experience. The site had all the activities existing in Structure works, to name a few pile cap, pier, pier cap, PSC Girder, are the activities which I had observed & analysed. With an experience of training I have seen all the activities practically. Apart from this the engineers at the site were too much cooperative and always encouraging.
