The project includes the adaptive reuse of RC technical School ( a heritage Building ) to a Boutique Hotel. Keeping in mind the context of the site, the concept was developed which introduced a central space where different cultures of India were gathered. Other activities were arranged around the central space. The interior of the rooms is designed in such a manner that each room tells a story of a particular artwork of India.
