Rethink - The Urban Wild

Forests carry deep cultural and ecological significance. Within the Urban Landscape, this dynamic system is understood to perform a wide range of essential ecosystem services. The city, devoid of this system is at a disadvantage, but at the same time,comprises of Scrublands(wastelands) which acts as potential intervention spaces. The project looks at foresting the city through a network of dynamic hybrid system at different settings, thereby enhancing the city landscape as well as its socio-economic status.
