JOURNEY FROM NATURE TO MAN AND BACK The project is a memorial on the Kerala Floods 2018. The floods were identified as a manmade disaster. The memorial does not point a finger at Man, but emphasizes on the aspect of coexistence in the cycle of transitioning between Man and Nature. Through a play of volumes and spatial elements, the memorial attempts to sensorially engage oneself with the terrifying experience of flooding. Water has been used in its various forms as a spatial language to involve, inform and inspire the visitors about the coexistence of Man and Nature.
