The Room on the Roof

Tearing through the roof and erupting from the very belly of the massy brick building is this light tower of teak. One enters the building through the building and the ascend begins henceforth, with books keeping one company along the way. The structure offers itself to the books, almost welcoming them as a part of the facade. After treading through three floors, the journey crescendos when one reaches the top floor and is thrown out into the  landscape. This is the realm of reading. Of discussion and debate. Of knowledge.
