The project aims to create a place of industry and a place of retire
with a central open space being the overlap of of the family and the
instituition.
The place of retire and rest engages with the lake and the surrounding trees with different interactions at different levels. The place of
the instituition gives views of the shop inside inviting the public to
experience the density and release through a tight and completely
open space before actually discovering the entrance to the shop.
