The house is situated just beyond the rocky ridge of Fatehpur Sikri. There exists a stone pavilion and a tree in between farmland.
The house starts off by being a small, modest home for a musician's family in 1975. As he starts gaining popularity, he starts expanding this house. First in the year 2000, when his sister comes to stay with him and he wants to expand his practice. And later in 2020, when he wishes to create a music institution.
