The project attempts to bring together the different zones that the neighbourhood is divided into. It becomes a pivot point bringing together different neighbourhoods - Rose Garden, University, School and the Residencies, by blurring the boundaries through the movement. The program of a library, sports complex, serviced apartments and cafeteria intend to weave the different kind of users together.
The ground plane interacts with the existing context through its boundaries and the floor above acts as a unifying plane bringing together different functions. The plane acts as a single space for different activities while connecting to the ground through the courts.
