My project was born out of two words, quest and ponder. Engaging with them made me realize that these words for me connect to an endeavor that seeks to question existing ideas, eliciting ponder. 
These processes of questioning eventually led me to enquire how does one understand a widely used yet simple term, 'democracy'.  Do our spaces of governance today reflect a spirit of democracy?
The Central Vista Redevelopment Project has been in frequent talk in recent times. Amidst all this discourse, I present to you my little quest of what it might mean to democratically redevelop a historic Imperial Axis.
