The portfolio gives an overall theme of the precinct, which has developed through decoding different planning parameters. The geography is the prime factor which shapes the built density of Jewar. Because of the risks of the Yamuna flood in the area, people started to settle on the high plains. Due to the limited high surface, the built densified at a higher point and started emerging in a concentric pattern. The pattern is changing their nature because of infrastructure development on the edges of the town. And bringing various opportunities for villagers for which they were waiting for a long time.
