Hyderabad as metropolitan city have all the required growth factors that attract people into it and accommodate them with livable services, employment opportunities and educational facilities etc. city experienced significant amount of immigration into it and so it led to increase in housing demand. Affordability and choices of living has played a major role in situating them selves in any particular location. these choices have lead to incremental housing in most of the neighborhoods. with shift in building typologies, change in FSI, and land Cover, making neighborhoods compact and dense. These Portfolio highlights these trend at city level and the physical characters at precinct level.
