The portfolio gives an overview of the precinct in Goregaon, and Urban planning aspects are considered for understanding the fabric of the precinct. The portfolio encompasses an overview of the precinct, road connectivity, and overall planning of the precinct. It explains the growth pattern and evolution of the precinct, the key determinants that led to the urban transformations, keeping the relationship strong with the changes that took place at a city level but impacted the precinct. Further on it provides a brief understanding of Urban Morphology, the study of the built form and unbuilt spaces. It also explains the street network across the precinct and the interrelationship between pedestrians and vehicles.
