The portfolio analyses and reflects on the one square kilometre area of Varachha located in Surat, Gujarat. The study is carried out on the basis of parameters and studying the parameters at neighbourhood as well as city level and correlating parameters at neighbourhood and city level. The study of the parameters is carried out on the basis of primary and secondary survey. Primary survey of each parameters includes personal interviews, neighbourhood surveys and few telephonic conversations while secondary source includes research reports, government site and other study carried out by students and professionals on the area as well as the city.
