Thane has evolved rapidly from being an industrial town known as Mumbai’s suburb to trying to generate its own identity and one of the top residential hotspots in Mumbai. Its strategic location, ideal connectivity, improving infrastructure, and relatively lower real estate prices helped the city to emerge as a metropolitan. The portfolio looks at the Talao Pali-core area of the city, this detailed study of dynamic and static characteristics of the precinct will help to get an idea about how the city has transformed.
