Nana Mava is the most developing area in the Rajkot City. The study comprises of the various aspects and factors which led to the Transit Oriented Development in the precinct. The urban transformation of the area over the past 20 years has been very significant. Further it is observed that Ring road played major role in development of the Nana Mava. Proper planned road network and town planning scheme has encouraged the people to settled down here. Also, because of the good transportation network and real estate development, area witnessed one of the highest land prices in past few years.
