COVID-19 Management of Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar city was taken for the COVID-19 Service Operations and Management. Firstly, preliminary study was conducted on the basis of the parameters namely, exposure assessment, aggressiveness of the issue and organizational capability. Based on mind map four key processes were derived and for each process root cause analysis with perception survey was done to identify the issues. Further, risk analysis was done and recommendations were given for each issues based on city learnings.
