COVID-19 Management of Pathanamthitta

The study focuses on COVID-19 management of Pathanamthitta, a district in Kerala. Initially, from the understanding of existing scenario, analysis was done using various tools and techniques. Factors that affected service operations positively and negatively were identified. A citizen-based E-survey helped understand public perception of the service received. Finally based on all studies and analysis conducted service review was prepared to compare the services before and after recommendations were provided. Thus, the studio helped access different dimensions of COVID-19 management from the Municipal Corporation’s point of view, identifying areas requiring improvement and providing recommendations for improving the service delivery.
