COVID Management in Lucknow

As a part of Service Operation Management, an elaborate study of the city of Lucknow was done with reference to COVID 19 pandemic. For the study, the city was analysed on the basis of 3 factors - Exposure Assessment, Aggressiveness of the Issue and Organisational Capabilities. On the basis of these factors, various service and risk analysis has been done to finally arrive at the final service review where the existing and the future recommendations were compared to find how much the city would improve in tackling the pandemic if they were to be implemented.
