The COVID-19 scenario of a city in Karnataka, 'Gulbarga', is studied which shows the COVID profile with respect to confirmed cases, recovered cases and deceased cases. Further COVID-19 management in the city has been studied using 3 processes which are Identification and Testing, Treatment and Quarantine and Monitoring and Surveillance with the help of Service Operations tools which are Process identification worksheet, Process profile worksheet, SWIMLANE, RACI chart, SERVQUAL and FMEA which is detailed out in 10 slides along with issues. Further recommendations are provided in Service Audit Profile for the better functioning of COVID-19 management in the city.
