COVID MANAGEMENT FOR THE CITY OF HAPUR

As part of the Service Operations Management studio, a detailed study was conducted for the city of Hapur regarding the COVID 19 pandemic. The entire study was done under three parameters namely Identification and Testing, Treatment, and Monitoring and Surveillance. Further, the city was analyzed with the help of service operations analysis tools namely, process time, service analysis, risk analysis, responsibility matrix, etc. The identified risks were quantified to prioritize the action plan and a service review was created after critically reviewing the peer city's learnings.
