The development plan studio first teaches us and then allows us the flexibility to experiment with different planning approaches and understand their implications on the ground. It provides us a platform to understand the steps and methods of preparing a development plan for a city. Methods of integrating transport, housing, infrastructure, and environmental considerations while approaching a city have also been analyzed. Other essential aspects including Planning legislation's, DCR, Land Development tools & Mechanisms have also been dealt with
