A city can be understood on the basis of its development patterns, from present scenario to progressive stages. Also, its morphology is the outcome of the needs and demands of people over time. As the needs and demands of the people changes, transformation of the cities happen. UREP STUDIO focused on understanding and planning cities at the Local area Plan level with several varied exercises being conducted to understand planning and regulations and their implementations. The evolution and growth of Delhi to a commercial and trade driven economy having population more than 2 crores is segregated into various districts, nagar pallikas etc. which hold the charge of their development as per the requirement. Dwarka is a sub-city and a diplomatic enclave located in South West Delhi district of National Capital Territory of Delhi in India. As the population of increased, the area of the city has evolved from an agricultural land to an urban built form in the same manner its user demanded.
