Bengaluru Local Area Plan

Bengaluru is the capital of Karnataka, is located in the southeastern part of India, and it shares its administrative boundary with Tamil Nadu. Known as the Silicon Valley of India is the center of India’s high-tech industry. The Study area has regional connectivity through railway connectivity and city-wide connectivity through metro and bus terminus. The site a mix of old and new Bengaluru, with a lot of potential for better utilization of land. The plan focuses on contextualizing these unique characters and provide multiple transit choices for daily commuters through a transit oriented development by means of a local area plan.
