This LAP focusses on the development of the site in Action Area II, New Town, Kolkata. Understanding the primary site of Bengal Silicon Valley, there were two exercises organized to understand the development mechanisms around the world, one of which included the feasibility study of a particular plot in the Bengal Silicon Valley Area. The prime objective of the LAP is to salvage the potential of the site to an innovation district, which will reflect the cultural aspects of Kolkata itself.
