A Two Stage Process to Micro Level Planning In Enasan

The project tries to highlight the importance of having an intermediary level between the Development plan and Micro Level Town Planning Scheme by the inclusion of the Zonal plan to translate the urban development goals at DP level in a better way.  The zonal proposal and its vision of building Enasan into a sub-regional node was implemented by utilizing the Town planning scheme mechanism. Conscious decisions striving towards achieving an equitable environment in terms of reconstitution and its principles, valuation, and funding mechanism to achieve a win-win situation for the authority and the plot owners were quintessentially considered.
