The study here focuses on the delivery of services under National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM) at Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation. 'Street vending' and 'Employment through skill training and placement' components were analysed based on site observations, surveys, interviews with government officers and discussion with expert of the field. A street vending plan, mobilization plan and proposals for placement were proposed to improve the livelihood opportunities for the urban poor of the city.
