Floating Roofs : An Urban Insert

The project has been designed with the main concept of making the bus stand look visually appealing with the underlying layers of comfort and accessibility in order to encourage more people to use public transport services rather than using their private vehicles.The street redesign strategies have followed the fixed set of guidelines and standards provided by the government. Response towards the sites has also been considered while redesigning by dividing each street into small zones of parking, seating, landscape and vending areas which have been arranged with respect to the requirements of the specific sites.
