Acting Towards Betterment

This presentation focuses on the facilities management of the selected premise, a gated residential society named Kraft Solitaire, situated in the peri-urban area of Vadodara city. The basic approach that was followed for this project was to study the facilities like sewage, stormwater drainage system, water supply, electricity, mechanical, parking, firefighting, solid waste management, and how these facilities are governed or managed inside the premise. The study was conducted to identify the various gaps, analyze their root cause, and propose possible solutions. Further, water supply, safety and security, and governance system were studied in-depth, and solutions were proposed.
