As the facilities management talks about prioritising the assets to manage them well. Majority of the issues on the site were because of no coordination and disharmony among different stakeholders. The aim of the project is the satisfaction of the Users – Residents and shopkeeper is a must. Bringing in one Neighbourhood Welfare Association (NWA). It would work for the development and improvement of the premise. It would initially focus on the improvement of the 9m and 12m wide roads for better collaboration between Commercial and Residential Stakeholders. Allowing residences on the main roads to be under welfare associations.
