The Recomposing the Fragments Neighbourhood Plan provides direction to address those challenges, recognizing the importance of managing and shaping change while addressing the unique context of Mecenate. The Plan is a clear and flexible framework that moves towards positive growth, y integrating policy on land use, housing, transportation, parks and open space, considering  long range and short term goals.
